Training and Operator Qualification

Our In-House safety program is complemented by the utilization of certified trainers for employee safety certifications. In addition, as an Accredited Training Center for the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Ed Wallace Construction is able to qualify our employees in the pipeline maintenance and other specific tasks as required. We have also joined the ISNETWorld which allows companies to track an employee’s qualification records. We have a full time Safety Director who serves as a Master Trainer and manages the training program. Our proactive commitment to safety and the effectiveness of our program has enabled us to keep our Experience Modification Rating (EMR) well below the national average.
